  • Ingredienti :
  • 120grammi di mandorle pelate + 5 mandorle amare,
  • 240grammi di zucchero,
  • 1 misurino di acqua,
  • 800 grammi di ghiaccio a cubetti.

Preparazione

Inserire nel boccale lo zucchero e polverizzatelo per 25 secondi velocità turbo,

aggiungere le mandorle e polverizzarle per 3 ,4 , volte a turbo,

quindi inserire il misurino d’acqua e lavorare 30 secondi sempre a velocità turbo.

aggiungere il ghiaccio e lavorare per 1 minuto a  velocità da 6 a 10  per 30 secondi a  velocità turbo spatolando.
