Ingredienti: 400 gr. di ghiaccio in cubetti,
100 gr. di zucchero,
75 gr. di latte totalmente scremato,
1/2 mis. di caffè solubile.
Preparazione Inserire nel boccale zucchero e caffè liofilizzato: 10 sec. vel. Turbo.
Unire tutti gli altri ingredienti: 1 min. vel. 5, ora inseriamo la farfalla aggiungiamo 4 minuti vel,3. Servire subito con un ricciolo di panna .
